1. Overview & Nature of Software / Přehled aplikace
MVG (Music Video Generator) is a private, personal-use web software tool developed and operated
solely by Digital Pilsen (digitalpilsen.cz).
This software is intended exclusively for private internal use by its administrator to automate music video creation,
audiovisual content production, and managing YouTube publications for the official Digital Pilsen channel (@digitalpilsen).
Česky: MVG je soukromý osobní software provozovaný výhradně provozovatelem Digital Pilsen pro tvorbu hudebních videoklipů, audiovizuálního obsahu a správu vlastních videí na YouTube kanálu. Software neslouží jako veřejná služba pro třetí strany.
2. Google User Data & YouTube API / Zpracování dat Google a YouTube API
MVG integrates with the official Google YouTube Data API v3 to allow the authorized channel owner to:
- Upload music videos and YouTube Shorts directly from MVG render storage to the owner's YouTube channel.
- Edit titles, descriptions, categories, and tags of videos published by the channel.
- Delete videos from the owner's channel upon explicit user confirmation.
- Read view counts, likes, and public metrics for published videos.
MVG does NOT request or collect any personal user data from third-party viewers or other Google users.
3. Data Storage & Security / Ukládání a zabezpečení dat
All authentication credentials, including OAuth 2.0 access tokens and refresh tokens, are stored securely on the owner's private, password-protected self-hosted server in a private MariaDB database. No credentials, tokens, or private metadata are ever stored on public cloud databases or transmitted to third-party servers.
4. No Sharing or Sale of Data / Zákaz sdílení a prodeje dat
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share any Google user data or YouTube account data with any third parties, external advertisers, or data brokers. Data retrieved from Google APIs is used solely within the MVG application to operate channel content management features.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
MVG's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Revoking Access / Odvolání přístupu
You can disconnect the Google account at any time directly within MVG via the "Odpojit účet" button in the YouTube Studio section, or by visiting the official Google Account Security page: Google Third-party apps with account access.
